Silvia Department of Corrections 50 Maple Street Milford, MA 01757 Dear Ms. Silvia: I have received the petition of Arthur Grenier appealing the nonresponse of the Department of Corrections (DOC) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Grenier requested visitation records for an identified inmate for the years 2018 and 2019. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the DOC provided Mr. Grenier a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Grenier may appeal the substantive nature of the DOC's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
