Department of State Police 470 Worcester Road Framingham, MA 01702 Dear Attorney Farrell: I have received the petition of Maso]) Woolley appealing the nonresponse of the Department of State Police (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Woolley requested certain records and calls with on June 6, 2017. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Woolley a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Woolley may appeal the substantive nature of the Division response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
