G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Herman requested copies of documents relative to two sums concerning the separation agreement the MBTA had with an identified individual. Unsatisfied with the MBTA's response, specifically, the MBTA's use ofredactions and the document's formatting, Mr. Herman petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. It is my understanding this issue was addressed in SPRl 9/114 7, Determination of the Supervisor of Records (July 16, 2019). Please refer to this Determination for reference. Accordingly, the MBTA is ordered to provide Mr. Herman with a response in accordance with SPR19/l 147 within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Herman may appeal the substantive nature of the MBTA's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
