Suite 100 Boston, MA 02114 Dear Mr. Taupier: I have received the petition of Stevan Johnson appealing the nonresponse of the Department of Industrial Accidents (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Johnson requested copies of all completed Department Form 153 relative to a specifically identified entity. Having received no response, Mr. Johnson petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated July 12, 2019. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Depaiiment's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
