Murray S11pe111isor ofR ecords July 30, 2019 SPR19/1413 Ms. Helene Bettencourt Department of Elementary and Secondary Education 75 Pleasant Street Malden, MA 02148 Dear Ms. Helene Bettencourt, I have received correspondence from Monique Johnson appealing the nomesponse of the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lO(A); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on June 19, 2019, Ms. Johnson requested "the number of children and which school district had a door to door transp01iation mandated by there IEP since the existence ofMETCO. How much is allocated per pupil and who is funding transportation." Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned the Department provided Ms. Johnson with all available records responsive to her request on July 30, 2019. In light of the Department's response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Johnson may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days.
