G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. O'Donnell requested "the name, title, and salary of all non-unit profession and non-unit classified employees at Salem State University ... " during a ce1iain time period. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the University provided Mr. O'Donnell a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. O'Donnell contacted the Public Records Office to inform us he had received the requested records, but he still may appeal the substantive nature of the Division response within ninety days.
