G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Herman requested records, expense reports, credit card statements, automobile expense records of identified University employees. Having received no response, Mr. Herman petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated July 24, 2019. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the University's lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
