G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). While this appeal was pending, Mr. Bender emailed this office on July 24, 2019 indicating that he wished to withdraw his administrative appeal as the Department had provided him with" ... a system by which [his] requests for records can be fulfilled."
