Murray Supervisor of Records July 29, 2019 SPR19/1477· Stacie Moeser City of Lowell Law Department 375 Merrimack Street, 3rd Floor Lowell, MA 01852 Dear Ms. Moeser: I have received the petition of Ernesto 01iiz appealing the nonresponse of the City of Lowell (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. 01iiz requested police records. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the City provided Mr. Ortiz a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Ortiz may appeal the substantive nature of the City's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
