Murray Supervisor of Records July 30, 2019 SPR19/1484 Ms. Pamela Rautenberg Department of State Police 470 Worcester Road Framingham, MA 01702 Dear Ms. Rautenberg: I have received the petition of David Selima appealing the nonresponse of the Department of State Police (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Selima requested a certain report. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Selima a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Selima may appeal the substantive nature of the Divisioi1 response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
