Murray S11pen,isor of Records August 6, 2019 SPR19/1555 Kate Silvia Massachusetts Department of Correction 50 Maple Street, Suite 3 Milford, MA 01757 Dear Ms. Silvia: I have received the petition of Peter Duarte appealing the nonresponse of the Department of Corrections (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Duarte requested a "December 12, 1999 plan for the administration and management of the Treatment Center." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Duarte a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Duarte may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
