Murray Supervisor ofR ecords August 19, 2019 SPR19/1561 Ms. Stacy Book Massachusetts Parole Board 12 Mercer Road Natick, MA 01760 Dear Ms. Book: I have received the petition of Kevin Norris appealing the nonresponse of the Massachusetts Parole Board (Board) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also i'\ 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Norris requested the "parole violation filed on June i'\ 2019, the emails written by various parole officers on June 2019, a copy of the Board's Sex A condition and polygraph testing policy, and a copy of the polygraph testing results from the test conducted on February 15, 2019 and June 7, 2019." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that Ms. Book provided Mr. Norris a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Norris may appeal the substantive nature of the Board response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
