The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Rrcords August 21, 2019 SPR19/1581 Mad01ma Meagher Great Barrington Housing Authority 2 Bernard Gibbons Drive Great Barrington, MA 01230 Dear Ms. Meagher: I have received the petition of Michelle Loubert appealing the initial response of the Great Barrington Housing Authority (Authority) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Ms. Loubert requested "the full date of a check sent to an identified individual, the full thread of the email correspondence concerning the check, and a copy of the check." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Authority provided Ms. Loubert a response to her request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Loubert may appeal the substantive nature of the Authority response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
