G. L. c. 66, § lO(d)(iv). As required by law, it is my understanding that the School has not furnished a copy of the petition to the requestor. Id. Conclusion I find that the School has not demonstrated that it provided a copy of this petition to the requestor as required by G. L. c. 66, § 10( d)(iv)(2). Accordingly, I am unable to grant the School's petition at this time.
