G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Sliski requested three categories of records within the possession of the Board. Claiming to not yet have received a substantive response, Mr. Sliski petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the Board intends on proving a written response to Mr. Sliski aimed at addressing the concerns outlined in his appeal, as well as any responsive records within their possession. Accordingly, the Board is ordered to provide Mr. Sliski with a response in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Access Regulations and this order within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Sliski may appeal the substantive nature of the Board's response within ninety days.
