G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Herman requested hard and electronic copies of all communications in identified employee files related to the video of the Red Line train derailment on June 11, 2019. Having received no response, he petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated August 14, 2019. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Authority's lack of a written respopse, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
