G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Ryan requested "[a]ny and all documentation and activities on efforts made to hire a Finance Manager as referenced ... " The Town responded with records responsive to the request. Unsatisfied with the Town's response, Ms. Ryan petitioned this office and SPR19/1683 was opened as a result. Ms. Ryan appeals on the basis the Town's response was "a partial response." Subsequent to the opening of the appeal, this office was notified that a supplemental response was provided to Ms. Ryan dated August 21, 2019.
