G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Floyd requested "the application for the hardship waiver that the collaborative submitted to dese for the person who filled in as a Math teacher." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, it is my understanding that the Department is aware of this appeal and is working on a response. As of the date of this letter, the Department has not provided Mr. Floyd a response to his request for records. Order Accordingly, the Department is hereby ordered to provide Mr. Floyd with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations without delay. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Floyd may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
