Murray Supervisor of Records September 5, 2019 SPR19/1702 Mr. Stephen Buoniconti Agawam City Solicitor 36 Main Street Agawam, MA 02109 Dear Attorney Buoniconti: I have received the petition of Will Clark appealing the response of the Agawam City Solictor's Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Clark requested the Route 57 Interceptor Sewer Report. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Office provided a subsequent response to the request. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the City's lack of a sufficient written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Clark may appeal the substantive nature of the Office response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
