G. L. c. 66, § lO(A); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Hickey requested "all emails between the domain uhsinc.com and boston.gov to the limit of the city's retention policy." · Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned the City provided Mr. Hickey with available records responsive to his request on August 26, 2019. In light of the City's response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Hickey may appeal the substantive nature of the City's response within ninety days.
