The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Mu1rny Supervisor of Records September 10, 2019 SPR19/1735 Anita N. Doucette, MMC/CMMC Town Clerk Town of Harwich Harwich Town Hall 732 Main Street Harwich, MA 02645 Dear Ms. Doucette: I have received the petition of Paul Hardiman appealing the response of the Town of Harwich (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08( 1) . Specifically, Mr. Hardiman requested a copy of an "award letter, coi showing 10 mil umbrella, and executed contract." Claiming to not yet have received the responsive records, Mr. Hardiman petitioned this office and this administrative appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town responded to Mr. Hardiman with the requested records. Whereas this appeal was opened as a result of the Town i10t providing the responsive record, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
