G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08( 1) . Specifically, Mr. Hardiman requested a copy of an "award letter, coi showing 10 mil umbrella, and executed contract." Claiming to not yet have received the responsive records, Mr. Hardiman petitioned this office and this administrative appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town responded to Mr. Hardiman with the requested records.
