G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Ms. Piazza sent a request to the Town regarding property records. The Town provided a response to Ms. Piazza on August 19, 2019. Ms. Piazza appealed the Town's response to this office on August 26, 2019. This office was provided with a subsequent response on September 4, 2019, on behalf of the Town, which was also provided to Ms. Piazza. In light of this response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Piazza may appeal the substantive nature of the response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
