Rousseau, W95467 P.O. Box 43 Norfolk, MA 02056 Dear John D. Rousseau: I have received your letter dated August 28, 2019 appealing the nonresponse of the Clinton Police Depatiment (Department). Specifically on August 6, 2019 you requested, "[a ] 11 reports that relate to incident #D000467." In a letter to this office dated September 1, 2019 you state,"[a ]fter receiving a satisfactory response from the Clinton Police Depatiment, I ask that you close appeal SPR19/l 758." In light of your September 1st letter, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Should you wish to file an appeal at a later point, you may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days of the date of your request letter, or within ninety days of the date of a written response from the record custodian.
