G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Rougeau requested heavy equipment hour meter readings, building pennits and electrical pennits. Having received no response, Mr. Rougeau petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated September 3, 2019. Whereas these matters were opened based upon the City's failure to provide a written response, I will now c_onsider these administrative appeals closed.
