Murray Supervisor ofR ecords September 16, 2019 SPR19/1785 Joshua Martunas Records Access Officer Office of the City Manager Worcester City Hall- Room 306 455 Main Street Worcester, MA 01608 Dear Mr. Martunas: I have received the petition from Cara Cheyette appealing the nonresponse from the City of Worcester Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Cheyette requested records "concerning criminal complaints." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was provided with a response from the Department on September 16, 2019 which was provided to Ms. Cheyette. Based on this response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Cheyette may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
