Whalen, AICP Principal Projects and Operations Administrator Town of Chatham 221 Crowell Road Chatham, MA 02633 Dear Mr, Whalen: I have received the petition of David Bixby appealing the response of the Town of Chatham (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.LR. 32.08(1). Mr. Bixby requested records regarding “annual profit and loss statements and IRS Form 1120,” The Town provided a response to Mr. Bixby on August 27, 2019. Mr. Bixby appealed the Town’s response to this office on September 6, 2019. This office was provided with a response on September 9, 2019, on behalf of the Town, which was also provided to Mr. Bixby, In light of this response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr, Bixby may appeal the substantive nature of the response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). fellecea S.
