G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Morse requested records relating to a tax record. Claiming to not yet have received all responsive records, Mr. Morse petitioned this office and this administrative appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the City responded to Mr. Morse's request with a response sent on September 18, 2019 that included the responsive record.
