Director of Public Records Records Access Officer City of Boston 1 City Hall plaza, Room 615 Boston, MA 02201 Dear Attorney Williams: I have received the petition of Allison J armanning appealing the response of the City of Boston (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § IOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Jannanning requested any log, spreadsheet, database or other method of tracking public records requests made to the City. The City responded stating the City doesn't have a log; accordingly, there are records. Unsatisfied, Ms. Jamrnnning petitioned this office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, Ms. Jarmanning notified this office that after a conversation with the City, she wished to withdraw her appeal. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
