G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically on August 23, 2019, Mr. Bender requested records of the Department's "daily log as required by G. L. c. 41, § 98F, which discloses the name, address and charges for adults arrested for offenses which can be publically disclosed for the date or date range: 8/16/19- 8/22/19 ." Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned the Department provided Pat Bender with all available records responsive to the request. In light of the Department's response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed; Pat Bender may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days.
