Department of Veteran Services 600 Washington Street, 7" Floor Boston, MA 02111 Dear Attorney Ivimey: I have received the petition of Collin Dias appealing the nonresponse of the Department of Veteran Services (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Dias requested all records of receipts, expenditures and purchases and budget of the Bristol County Veterans Association for the last three years as well as emails and records regarding an identified individual. Having received no response, he petitioned this office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, this office was notified by both Mr. Dias and the Department that Mr. Dias withdrew his appeal. Therefore, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Rebecca S.
