The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records September 26, 2019 SPR19/1869 Delight Bucko Executive Director Veterans Association of Bristol County 7 55 Pine Street Fall River, MA 02720 Dear Ms. Bucko: I have received the petition of Collin Dias appealing the nonresponse of the Veterans Association of Bristol County (Association) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Dias requested all records of receipts, expenditures, purchases and budget of the Association for the last three years. Having received no response, Mr. Dias petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated September 26, 2019. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Association's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
