G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Dias requested all records of receipts, expenditures, purchases and budget of the Association for the last three years. Having received no response, Mr. Dias petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated September 26, 2019.
