G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically on August 23, 2019, Mr. Bender requested "arrest log which discloses the name, address and charges for adults arrested for offenses which can be publically disclosed for the date or date range: 8/19/19-8/22/19." Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned the Depaiiment provided Pat Bender with all available records responsive to the request. In light of the Depaiiment' s response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Pat Bender may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days.
