Specifically on July 1, 2019, you requested "hard copies and electronic copies of any and all communications related to the above that are in the files of the entire Suffolk County district attorney's office not just the files of District Attorney Rollins." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the issues included in this matter have been resolved. Therefore, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Should you wish to file an appeal at a later point, you may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety days. of the date of your request letter, or within ninety days of the date of a written response from the record custodian.
