Murray Supervisor of Records September 17, 2019 SPR19/1888 Colman Hemrnn 1200 Adams Street Dorchester, MA 02124 Dear Colman Herman: I have received your letter dated September 4, 2019 appealing the response of the Office of the District Attorney- Suffolk County (Office). Specifically on July 1, 2019, you requested "hard copies and electronic copies of any and all communications related to the above that are in the files of the entire Suffolk County district attorney's office not just the files of District Attorney Rollins." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the issues included in this matter have been resolved. Therefore, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Should you wish to file an appeal at a later point, you may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety days. of the date of your request letter, or within ninety days of the date of a written response from the record custodian.
