G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Haddadin requested "records sufficient to show the occurrence of any ransomware attacks against municipal computer systems; and records of any payments made in response to such an attack." The Town initially responded on September 17, 2019 by claiming Exemption (n) of the Public Records Law .. G. L. c. 4, § 7(26)(n). Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, Mr. Haddadin informed this office that the issues involved with this appeal have been resolved.
