The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords October 3, 2019 SPR19/1923 Batool Raza, Esq. Assistant General Counsel Office of the General Counsel Boston Public Health Commission 1010 Massachusetts A venue Boston, MA 02118 Dear Attorney Raza: I have received the petition of Michael Dreslinksi appealing the response of the Boston Public Health Commission (Commission) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see. also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Dreslinksi requested 4 categories of records related to a "ride along" involving WCVB and Boston EMS. The Commission initially responded on August 9, 2019 by providing certain records with email addresses and phone numbers of media members redacted. Objecting to these redactions, Mr. Dreslinksi appealed to this office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Commission provided a supplemental response to Mr. Dreslinski on September 26, 2019. This response included records with the email addresses and phone numbers of media members umedacted. Whereas the Commission provided a supplemental response and removed the redactions at issue, I will consider this appeal closed. Sincerely, ~.~ Supervisor of Records cc: Michael Dreslinski One Ashburton Place, Room 1719, Boston, Massachusetts 02108 • (617) 727-2832• Fax: (617) 727-5914 sec.state.ma.us/pre • pre@sec.state.ma.us
