Murray Supervisor of Records October 3, 2019 SPR19/1929 Ms. Kate Silvia Depaiiment of Corrections 50 Maple Street Milford, MA 01757 Dear Ms. Silvia: I have received the petition of Eve Carson appealing the nonresponse of the Depaiiment of Corrections (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Carson requested "all files maintained by Mr. Robert Bond at Shirley MCI." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided Ms. Carson a response to her request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Carson has appealed the substantive nature of the Depaiiment's response and this matter will be handled in a separate appeal.
