G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Coulombe requested several copies ofrecords pertaining to "any and all paid and outstanding invoices between the five groups from January 1, 2019 to September 4, 2019" that is within possession of the Office. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Coulombe petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Office responded to Mr. Coulombe's request on September 27, 2019. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Office's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Coulombe may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
