G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on September 6, 2019, Mr. Norris requested a copy of any and all the public records requests and responses submitted and received by a certain individual from the Parole Board from January 2015 until September 1, 2019 and "a copy of the Settlement Agreement signed with the Massachusetts Parole Board in June 2016 or July." Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Board has not responded to Mr. Norris. Accordingly, the Board is ordered to provide Mr. Norris with a response in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Access Regulations and this order within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Norris may appeal the substantive nature of the Board's response within ninety days.
