G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Ms. Jochem requested records regarding a complaint and an investigation related to the Department. The Department provided a response to Ms. Jochem on August 28, 2019. Ms. J ochem appealed the Department's response to this office on September 26, 2019. This office was provided with a response on October 2, 2019, on behalf of the Department, which was also provided to Ms. Jochem. In light of this response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Jochem may appeal the substantive nature of the response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
