Murray S11pen1isor of Records October 3, 2019 SPR19/1972 Laurie Allen Records Access Officer Massachusetts Water Resources Authority Charlestown Navy Yard 100 First Avenue Boston, Massachusetts 02129 Dear Ms. Allen: I have received the petition of Kevin Sierra appealing the response of Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Mr. Sierra requested "a copy of the apparent low bidder's actual bid." The MWRA provided a response to Mr. Sierra on September 18, 2019. Mr. Sierra appealed the MWRA's response to this office on September 27, 2019. This office was provided with a response on October 2, 2019, on behalf of the MWRA, which will be provided to Mr. Sierra. In light of this response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Sierra may appeal the substantive nature of the response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
