Murray S11pen1isor of Records October 17, 2019 SPR19/2015 Stacy Moeser City of Lowell Law Department 3 7 5 Merrimack Street Lowell, MA 01852 Dear Ms. Moeser: I have received the petition of Laura Ortiz appealing the nonresponse of the Lowell Law Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Ortiz requested, "DPW School Dude report and Microsoft Outlook report regarding requ.ested repairs for all Lowell public schools from May 1st 2019 to September 13, 2019." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department will provide Ms. Ortiz a response to her request shortly, once all necessary redactions are complete. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Ortiz may appeal the substantive nature of the Depaiiment response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
