Arlington Housing Authority

4 Winslow Street _

Arlington, MA 02474

Dear Mr. Griffin:

I have received the petition of Regina Davidson appealing the nonresponse of the | Arlington Housing Authority (Authority) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Davidson requested, ““any and all service slips from the Arlington Housing Authority to pest control vendors during the months of June 2018 through September 2018 showing requests for Chestnut Manor, Apt. 613.”

Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that Mr. Griffin provided Ms. Davidson a response to her request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Davidson may appeal the substantive nature of the Authority response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).

Sincerely,

Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records
