The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords October 18, 2019 SPR19/2025 Madonna Meagher Great Barrington Housing Authority 2 Bernard Gibbons Drive Great Barrington, MA 01230 Dear Ms. Meagher: I have received the petition of Eileen Mooney appealing the nonresponse of the Great Barrington Housing Authority (Authority) a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Mooney requested, "[a] job description of the accountant's position, job description's monthly fee as of Jan 1, 2019, and the expired contract." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Authority provided Ms. Mooney a response to her request on October 17, 2019. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. I understand Ms. Mooney appealed the Authority's October 1i h response and SPR19/2134 has been opened as a result. Sincerely, 1<4/JlUA f!JI.~ Rebecca S.
