Massachusetts Department of Transportation 10 Park Street, Suite 3910 · Boston, MA 02116 Dear Attorney Doyle: I have received the petition of Jim Haddadin appealing the nomesponse of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Haddadin requested "access to and copies of all completed Agreement for Access to Records and Data Maintained by the Registry of Motor Vehicles forms received by the RMV since Jan. 1, 2016." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Haddadin a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Haddadin may appeal the substantive nature of the Division response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
