The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records October 15, 2019 SPR19/2030 William Doyle, Esq. Massachusetts Department of Transportation 10 Park Plaza, Suite 3 910 · Boston, MA 02116 Dear Attorney Doyle: I have received the petition of Mr. Mikhael El-Bayeh appealing the nonresponse of the Department of Transportation (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § IOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. El-Bayeh requested "special speed regulation(s) for all segments of State Route 28 in Medford" and "the most current version of [a specified document]." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided Mr. El-Bayeh a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. El-Bayeh may appeal the substantive nature of the Division response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
