G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Keaney requested "executive session minutes from the School Committee." Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Keaney petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that Mr. Keaney indicated in an email to this office on October 9, 2019 he is "satisfied for now with Superintendent Welch's reply" and asked to close the appeal. In light of Mr. Keaney's email, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Keaney may appeal the substantive nature of the School's response within ninety (90) days.
