Scott, Greenfield City Clerk City of Greenfield 14 Court Square Greenfield, MA O1 301 Dear Ms. Scott: I have received the petition of Timothy Morse appealing the response of the City of Greenfield (City) to his request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Morse requested 9 categories ofrecords regarding "Ina P. Morse Estate." Unsatisfied with the City's response, Mr. Morse petitioned this office anq this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the City intends on providing Mr. Morse with a response aimed at addressing the concerns outlined in his appeal. Accordingly, the City is ordered to provide Mr. Morse with a written response. Said response shall be made in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Access Regulations and this order within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Morse may appeal the substantive nature of the City's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
