Di Renzo North Attleboro Police Department 102 South Washington Street N01ih Attleboro, MA 02760 Dear Captain DiRenzo: I have received the petition of Maryan Amaral appealing the response of the N01ih Attleboro Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Amaral requested various records including "copies of all data presented to MADD ... in October 2018 for Officer Rob Cun-an" as well as the named officer's "number of convictions of other drivers this officer issued citations towards including persons with disabilities." Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Amaral petitioned this office and this administrative appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department responded to Ms. Amaral's request with a response sent on October 10, 2019, that included the responsive record.
