Grenier appealing the nonresponse of the North Andover Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § IOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically on September 24, 2019 Mr. Grenier requested, "General Orders, Police & Procedures and or Written Directives for the following: • preliminary & follow up investigations • report writing (including the procedure for entering a repmi, how it is reviewed and how the reviewing Officer signs off on the report)." As of the date of this letter, it is my understanding that the Department has not provided Mr. Grenier a response.
