G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Bixby requested, "Hangar lease agreements or documentation of parking/storage fees for the following aircraft at Chatham Airport: N247BF, N282DL, N4695, and N27JB." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town is working to provide Mr. Bixby a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Bixby may appeal the substantive nature of the Town response within ninety days ofreceipt of the records.
